Free Services for Crawley
Health Trainers supported by NHS, Department of Health and West Sussex County Council and based at the Crawley Council for Voluntary Service.
This is a practical resource to help people with poor health to assist and guide them through change e.g. reducing alcohol intake, reducing smoking levels, reducing recreational drug use, reducing dependency on prescription drugs or giving them up all together. Health trainers are there to support you while you improve your eating habits, exercise levels and socialising.

Free Service in Crawley and Horsham
Health Walks these are organised and supported by Gatwick Greenspace Partnership, Crawley Borough Council and West Sussex County Council. Local walks in the safety of a group with a Ranger. Walks are aimed at different abilities and coded level 1-3. No matter how low you feel beforehand, your spirits WILL feel lifted by the end of the walk as stress disolves into your footprints leaving you feeling lighter and more positive
