It's the time . . . . you get time to have your problems heard, understood and acted upon. You get the opportunity to feel as though you are being taken seriously (unlike the Doctors!) Many more questions are asked and everything about you and your life is considered, even though it may be a medical problem, it may still be connected to other parts of your life. They helped me!

I just love going to see Charlotte. This is a place to go to if you need to de-stress, have a good natter, cry a little, laugh a lot. I always come out of there feeling great and empowered again. Charlotte never ever rushes you, is always calm and caring. Her consultation and remedies are always so very reasonably priced and I do hope she never moves far from the area as I wouldn't like to go to another homeopath. I cannot praise her enough.

My 8 year old son has experienced frequent (almost daily) nosebleeds for years. He's had his nose cauterised twice in hospital but this has made no difference. One long conversation with Charlotte at Glade Homeopathy, asking about all aspects of my son's health and personality, and some tiny "magic" sugar pills solved the problem immediately for over a year - all at a cost of just £25. I don't how it works - but it does! There can't be a "placebo effect" with a nosebleed! We've been back twice - annually - and have had the same result each time. Charlotte is welcoming and caring, and understands kids!

"Glade Homeopathy is run by a lovely woman who is so warm and easy to talk to. She spends a lot of time listening to your ailments in detail so she can find you the best remedy possible. I have been to see her on many occasions and she has even put remedies together for me at short notice. I cut my hand on some glass once and called her on the phone for some advice to prevent scarring and she arranged for me to pop by & collect some remedies. I do not have a scar from that cut. She is always professional and her practise is very clean and has a welcoming aura. I have reccommended her to friends and I will continue to do so."

Two years ago I had a particularly nasty reaction when a piece of pollen became lodged in my eye, causing it to swell so badly that I looked like I had been in the ring with Frank Bruno. Antihistamine was not working so I sought the knowledge of my local homeopath, Charlotte Hassam, having already seen the wonders she could perform with skin conditions on other members of my family. She gave me Apis which helped the swelling go down almost immediately and has since treated me with Carcinosin and Pulsatilla to prevent it re-occurring. Over the last two years, since receiving treatment from Charlotte, my hay fever has become virtually non-existent. I no longer take any other hay fever medication. "My daughter (now 11) used to come out in a ‘pin prick’ like rash whenever she was under stress at school. She had no other symptoms; just small red dots that looked a bit like chicken pox in its early stages. (I would like to add that each time I took her to my GP he diagnosed it as chicken pox. She had already had chicken pox, quite severely, at five years old. The spots do not develop any further in the way chicken pox does and considering she came out in them whenever she was under stress at school she would be getting ‘chicken pox’ several times a year!) The rash did not cause her any discomfort but did not look particularly nice. She has now received treatment from Charlotte Hassam (Homeopath) who successfully treated her condition and since then has not had another outburst in over two years. I would highly recommend this homeopath. Not only is she outstanding value for money, but also has a kind and sympathetic approach with excellent results."
